Question by Bonnie: do you know anyone who wants to buy a land in Iquitos-Peru?
The land is on the Amazon River. my father was constructing a lodge for turists and it´s almost finished but……… my father past away before he was able to finish it. and now it belongs to me and my mother and we don´t have the means to finish it so now we want to sell it. if you know anyone who is interested please inform me, we have pictures and videos.

you know, before even try to sell it, you should have the property registered in the Registros Publicos office in Iquitos, at your name or your and your mother (if there has been a will). without that, it will be impossible to sell it (I mean, in a legal way). Once you do that, I would recommend to contact any real state agency in Lima, they will not be cheap, but at least you’ll get something without having to go there.
