I would like to travel from Bariloche Argentina (or Osorno, Chile) to Torres del Paine national park via land. How long would this take? What cities and towns do I need to set as destinations?

I don’t think it is very feasible. There are very few towns in that part of the continent and even fewer roads. It may be technically possible, if you have good weather and don’t mind driving on dirt roads most of the way. I know there is NO public transportation other than boats and planes and it would take a really really long time to drive it.

Your best bet is to first get to Puerto Natales, then head onward to Torres del Paine. This can be done by bus or private car.
