Foz means mouth of a river and iguaçu is that river. And São Paulo is the name of a brazilian city.
So think it means mouh of Iguaçu in São Paulo.

what do you mean by “all these thing” between words? The accents and marks: “ç” and “ã”???? These are called stress – phonetics: accent !!!
♣ “ç” – c cedilha – cedille
