Cusco travel:Reception at your arrival at the airport and transfer to the hotel, you’ll have free time to rest to avoid altitude sickness. In the afternoon the trip will start with the visit of the Koricancha temple , The Main Square or Plaza de Armas, The Cathedral and continue to visit the following Inca sites: The Sacsayhuaman fortress the site is strategically built on a hill overlooking Cusco and is famous for its enormous carved stones, some of them standing over 9m/30ft tall and weighting over 350 tons, set together with astounding precision to form the outer walls. Most important mystical centre from the Incas time, Qenqo, the military control centre, Puca pucara ,and the water temple of Tambomachay. Return to the hotel and free night.cusco travel

ick up at the hotel to board the train for a full day tour to the magical inca city of Machupicchu, 112 Kms. from Cusco. During the journey we’ll see the Urubamba canyon, Urubamba River and the snow capped peaks Veronica Mountain range. Arriving in Aguas Calientes we go to Machupicchu where we’ll visit this wonderful Inca sanctuary also known as “The lost City of the Incas” one of the best known examples of surviving Inca archaeological remains. You’ll see the main plaza, the circular tower, the sacred sun dial (the most important preserved intihuatana), the royal quarters and much more.cusco travel
After the visit, we’ll come back to Aguas Calientes to board the train back to Cusco.
