The dates you give for Cagayan Man were estimates based upon layers of sediment where Cagayan Man artifacts were found. These dates currently seem to be in error. In 1970 an actual foot bone from a Cagayan Man site was found and dated about 67,000 years old which is consistent with Homo Erectus. The Callao Man info in your question is also outdated. The Callao site is now considered part of the Cagayan valley system.

The exact species of the Calleo specimen is yet to be determined.

It was the Tabon Man (found in 1962) which is associated with the 47,000 year old specimen.
